1. Planning

  1. Develop schedules, execution plans, subcontractor strategies, budgets, risk quantification, QA/QC requirements
  2. Define roles, authority, and relationships between all interacting companies
  3. Establish a communication plan for the client

2. Execution

  1. Manage resource availability, performance quality, and document data control
  2. Report project status to the client
  3. Measure verifiable progress, cost controls, and scope changes
  4. Identify potential problems and consult on alternative approaches
  5. Monitor performance against project forecasts

3. Project Close-out

  1. Document and track all aspects of the project and its final configuration
  2. Ensure all client’s expectations are fully met
